* Generally, there will be no breaks between services, however if there are any changes, this will be communicated.

Yes! Although the conference is free, everyone (Incl. large groups. Note, that we can’t guarantee you will all be seated next to each other) who will be attending the conference will have to register. You can register for the conference here
Yes! However, if you are under 18, you will need a written and signed permission statement of your guardian to attend the conference. Note that this will be checked at the venue’s entrance.
Yes, you can. We provide a room for our guests who have registered with the URGPM accommodation and are travelling from their country with suitcases as they enter the conference straightaway.
We kindly ask you to come as light as possible (Bible, iPad, notebook, country flag, mini-towel, bottle of water etc.). Note that random bag searches can occur. Any objects of crime (weapons, knifes, pepper spray, machetes, etc. …) are not allowed. Upon trespassing, the local authorities and country of residence will be informed including criminal charges if necessary.
Depending on your accommodation, kindly use apps like Google maps, Waze, … to calculate the distance. If you have booked your own accommodation, we advise you to plan your trip ahead of time by using any route-planning app.
There are several means of transportation available, to get exact details and prices, we advise you to check out the city’s website for public transport or taxis. If you wish to use Uber or other kind, kindly download the app, and plan your trip in the app.
You are able to park on the roads near the venue. The carpark in front at the venue is reserved for URGPM team members only.
Yes, there is a dedicated and certified medical team on site.
There will be no food available at the conference. There are nearby restaurants and cafés, where you can buy food during the breaks.
Eating in the conference hall is not allowed. We want to ensure that the conference hall remains clean and free of any potential hazards. We kindly ask you to eat in the foyer.

No, the URGPM logo is copyrighted and can only be used by third parties upon explicit, written, and signed approval by the URGPM.
Yes, however, you may be asked not to record at certain times.
We advise you to check all the locations where you have been. If you still can’t find the lost item, kindly approach a member of the housekeeping team, or ask an usher at the venue.

Yes, you can park at the accommodation. Kindly visit the website of the booked accommodation per confirmation mail.
Kindly consult the information in the confirmation mail sent by the booking platform. In case you have arrived before your other roommates, there is a possibility to collect all keycards. Note that the responsibility and costs lie with you when keycards get lost.
If you would like to stay in the room with your friends, you will also have to register and pay through URGPM. This will be monitored by the hostel attendants and URGPM team.

Yes, you can still come. Do note that there is a high possibility that there are no more rooms. We urge you to make a full payment as soon as possible.

Due to organizational and legal reasons, URGPM will not be held accountable cf. any visa related matters, nor do we write letters on behalf of guests to apply for a VISA. We offer you the following solution:
- Book a room (select with cancellation option) via booking.com or other accommodation platforms.
- Use this info for the visa application.
- Register and book with URGPM + full payment.
- When the visa is approved, cancel the first booking made.

As these teams have already been finalized, URGPM will not be accepting any additional members to these teams at the moment.
You can register to sell your products via the ‘Business’ tab. The team will get back to you whether your application has been accepted or rejected.
No, every merchant will have to contribute with a fee. Depending on the days you wish to display your merchandise, there will be several prices. The list for the fees will be communicated via mail upon acceptance by the URGPM business team.
A table (tablecloth upon request), two chairs, large visibility platform and network opportunities with other merchants. In case you’d need two tables, kindly note that for that extra table a fee will be added. Lastly, please bring along your own payment methods (SumUp, Paypal/QR code …) to the conference. In case of any loss or malfunction, URGPM will not be held liable.
You can sell your products only during the breaks and at the end of every evening service.
No, we do not take any percentages or commissions.
