In agreement with the venue, all individuals under the age of 18 attending the Upperroom Global Prayer Conference must be accompanied by an authorized adult who is over 18 years old and must have a permission letter from a parent or guardian to attend the conference. It is important to carry the letter with you at all times as venue security may request to see it.

2. All attendees are required to bring a valid form of identification such as an ID card or passport to gain entry to the conference venue.

4. The organizers of the conference reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who do not comply with the rules and regulations.

5. Payments made during reservation are non-refundable as they serve to secure and reserve your accommodation for specified dates

6. The Upperroom Global Prayer Conference organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or any injuries sustained by attendees during the conference.

7. The organizers of the Upperroom Global Prayer Conference reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

8. By attending the Upperroom Global Prayer Conference, you grant permission to the organizers to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

9. Any harassment or disruptive behavior towards other attendees or staff members will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference venue.

10. By registering for the Upperroom Global Prayer Conference, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

11. By attending the Upperroom Global Prayer Conference, you grant permission to the organizers to use your names and email addresses for transportation purposes. This may include sharing your information with third-party transportation providers to facilitate transportation and ensure a smooth traveling experience to the event.
